Review: It’s chardonnay weather and I could not help myself but review one of WA’s best kept secret wineries! Aylesbury Estate, located in Ferguson Valley are producing some absolute gems! Halliday gave this chardy 95, so it’s not just me who rates them! There were only 2450 bottles produced of this wine, so I doubt it’s going to last long!
Alright, let me actually talk about the wine. If you couldn’t tell by my rating, I love this wine. It drinks well now, but has a huge potential to age into something phenomenal. It’s also a stupidly good price! This is a $50+ chardonnay, with no doubt in my mind! Something something this wine slaps, buy it!
